BOCH Frères Kéramis
Created in 1841, in La Louvière in Belgium, by Eugène and Victor, the Kéramis factory is a large classic earthenware factory, whose flagship is the creation of Delft decorations. The arrival in 1906 of the designer Charles Catteau gave it a new lease of life. Present at the 1925 International Exhibition of Decorative Arts and the Paris Salon d'Automne, she worked for the art workshops of department stores – Primavera, Pomone and La Maitrise – influenced by Japonism, Africanism and avant-gardism.
