Venini called on numerous designers including Fulvio Bianconi, Gio Ponti, Tyra Lundgren and Tommasso Buzzi. After the Second World War, production was at the forefront in the treatment of shapes and colors. The firm secured the services of the Finnish designer, Tapio Virkkala from 1966.
