Lurçat Jean (1892-1966) 
The master of contemporary tapestry, turned to ceramics in the early 1950s. He regularly stays at the Sant-Vicens pottery workshop. Vicens, created by Firmin Bauby. He decorates dishes, vases, pitchers and other everyday objects. His work as a ceramist is also marked by monumental creations, such as the one that adorns the Maison de la Radio in Strasbourg.
