Jean Marais (1913-1998)
Actor, director, writer, Jean Marais retired to the Alpes-Maritimes in the 1970s, first in Cabris where he spent fifteen years (a boulevard in this village takes his name) and then in Vallauris where he practices pottery, sculpture and theater. He opens a shop and even an art gallery thanks to a couple of friends potters.
