€330.00
Very beautiful baluster vase signed Camille Tharaud, Limoges porcelain, set with enamels of flowers in various tones of blue on a speckled sky-blue bottom.
Camille Tharaud ( 1878-1956 )
This factory makes porcelain of Limoges since 1817. In 1915, Camille Tharaud, tireless research worker, finalized high-fire glaze, a still unequalled technique consisting in coloring the enamel in its thickness before the cooking. An exploit which was worth to him the highest distinction in the Exhibition of the Decorative arts in 1925. Today, Tharaud always allies its traditional know-how to the most modern techniques.
