Very beautiful vase by Raoul Lachenal, straight neck, decoration of geometrical and stylized motives, light and dark green enamels on a sand-colored color background.
Unique piece.
Raoul LACHENAL (1885 - 1956)
He works at first with his father, Edmond Lachenal. When he is nineteen years old he exposes for the first time chinas and stonewares high cooking. In 1911, he creates his own workshop to Boulogne-sur-Seine. He produces potteries in the simple and symmetric shapes, inspired by the Far East, with geometrical patterns.
