About...

Cenedese

Factory established in 1946 by Gino Cenedese ( 1907-1973 ) to Murano, to which collaborated in the 50s the designer Alfredo Barbini, the sculptor Napoleone Martinuzzi, the painter Riccardo Licata and Fulvio Bianconi. From 1959, the artistic direction is assigned to Antonio Da Ros. Cenedese is also known for its public lightings, its stained glass windows (big synagogue of Jerusalem) and utilirarian glass-making. Today it remains one of the most important glass factories of Murano.
